Valve reconditioning improves both safety and efficiency and also extend the life of the valves with equal life guarantee as provided for new valves, thus save time, money and avoid investments. When new valve develops snags, the supplier will have to be contacted who may not be willing to replace the same

Valve Maintenance & Refurbishment

We provide both 1.) On-site Maintenance / Reconditioning of valves and also 2) Reconditioning the Valves at our works at Chennai.

On –Site maintenance includes all jobs as under:-

Regular jobs on Annual Maintenance basis with annual rate contract

Short Plant Shut Down and Valve Maintenance work on Contract basis

Major Plant Shutdown and valve Maintenance work i.e Annual Turnaround /Annual Revisioning or Reconditioning on Contract basis

Customer call based Annual Rate Contract basis (Wherein the valves are accumulated and serviced periodically)

IN-SITU (on line ) servicing of valves which is our speciality.

Revisioning/ Reconditioning of valves at our Works at Chennai:

Alternatively the valves could be transported to our Workshop situated in Chennai and the valves could be thoroughly refurbished at our end as per the established procedures set out within this Web-site elsewhere. The Inspection and Testing could be done and witnessed either by the Engineers from the customer or any Third Party engineers as recommended by the Customer.

All the above work are undertaken and executed within a specific period of time as required by the customer.
